President Rumen Radev has arrived on an official visit to Vietnam. This is the first visit of a foreign head of state since the new President Leung Cuong took office in October this year.
Rumen Radev's visit will begin with a meeting with the community of Vietnamese citizens who studied and worked in Bulgaria - representatives of the Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association, the President's press office announced. Hundreds of Vietnamese citizens are members of the organisation, which is active in cultural exchanges and strengthening bilateral relations.

Tomorrow, the Bulgarian President and his wife Desislava Radeva will be welcomed with an official ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi. Meetings with the state and political leadership of the Asian country are scheduled.
