Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 28 November 2024

Sunny weather in most of Bulgaria on Thursday, with fog near rivers

Overnight it will be clear. The wind will die down in most areas. After midnight along the Danube River, in lowlands and near rivers fogs will form and visibility will be reduced with low clouds. Minimum temperatures will be between minus 3°C and 2°C, for Sofia - around minus 3°C.

On Thursday, sunny weather will prevail with broken high and medium clouds. Fog will persist in the western part of the Danube Plain, while visibility in other areas will improve around midday. A light easterly wind will blow, and temporarily moderate wind from the southeast in eastern areas. 

Daytime highs of Thursday in Bulgaria will be between 8°C and 13°C in most places, around 8°C for Sofia.

Over the mountains there will be cloudy, temporarily overcast. High ridges and peaks will occasionally be covered by clouds. A moderate westerly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be about 7°C, at 2,000 m - about 2°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be foggy in places in the morning. It will be mostly sunny with temporary increases in clouds. A light to moderate wind will blow from the southeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 10°C and 12°C. The sea water temperature is 12°C-14°.
