The highest temperatures will be between 2° and 7°C, higher in eastern Bulgaria - between 8° and 13°C, where there will be no precipitation and in places the cloud cover will temporarily break. The highest temperature in Sofia will reach around 3°.
In the mountains it will be cloudy with snowfalls, as in many areas they will be intense. There will be strong to stormy southeasterly wind and blizzards. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be 1°-2°C, at 2000 meters - around minus 2°C.
At the Black Sea coast it will be mostly cloudy. There will be moderate to strong wind from the east-northeast. The highest temperatures will be around 11°-13°C. Sea water temperature is 12°-13°.
