Prosecutor's Office: Sofia City Court should not register Peevski's expulsion from DPS

The Prosecutor's Office has asked the Sofia City Court not to register the decision of the Central Operational Bureau of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) of late September to expel Delyan Peevski and several other members of his faction from the party.

The motion violates the law on political parties and the statute of the DPS. This information was reported by BNR journalist Silvia Velikova.
