Johann Strauss Ensemble from Austria brings Vienna Magic to Veliko Tarnovo

The Johann Strauss Ensemble from Austria, with conductor Russell McGregor, will give a Christmas concert Vienna Magic at the Vasil Levski palace of culture and sports in Veliko Tarnovo tonight.

The concert will feature special guest stars - soprano Elisabeth Wimmer and Bulgarian tenor Kristian Hristov. The concert programme includes works by Strauss, Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert and Dvorak, waltzes and famous opera arias.

The Johann Strauss Ensemble will also have concerts on 22 December in Plovdiv and on 23 December in Sofia.
