Warm winter weather on Tuesday

On Tuesday morning, there will be fog or low layered clouds along the Danube and in the valleys. Before noon it will be mostly sunny. In the afternoon, the cloudiness will increase and by the evening it will become significant. The lowest temperatures will be between minus 2 and 3°C. They will be higher in the eastern regions of Bulgaria. In Sofia the lowest temperature will be around minus 2°C. The highest temperature will be between 8 and 13°C; in the capital city - around 7°C.

In the mountains it will be mostly sunny with scattered medium and high clouds, more significant over the western massifs in the afternoon. The wind will be moderate to strong from the west-southwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be 12°C; at 2000 m. - around 4°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, but in the afternoon there will be scattered high clouds. The highest temperatures will be between 11 and 13°C. The sea water temperature is 8-9°C.
