The bill is not finalized, and in its finalization the Ministry of Agriculture will take all viewpoints into account, Minister Tahov said further. Feedback will be expected until the end of next week. Minister Tahov also announced a cooperatives act was being considered, via which the state will provide an association and cooperation environment to farmers which will strengthen their positions during institutional and trade talks.
