Kiril Petkov facing coercion charges

The co-chairman of "We Continue the Change" Kiril Petkov is accused of threats to former Minister of e-Government Alexander Yolovski, in connection with public procurement procedures.

He has been imposed a bail of 5,000 euros, but he will appeal it. Petkov said that he did not understand what the accusation is about and this is also recorded in the act of the prosecutor's decree.

Bozhidar Bozhanov from "Yes, Bulgaria" is also charged with interfering in public procurement procedures. According to the prosecutor's office, he committed a crime in connection with a public procurement procedure for nearly 9 million euros while he was Minister of e-Government, as the goal was giving advantage to a specific company.
