Bulgarian chess player Andzhelika Nenova with a victory at the European Championship in Greece

Andzhelika Nenova, the youngest Bulgarian player participating in the European Women's Individual Chess Championship in Greece, achieved a victory in the fourth round. The 15-year-old chess player of CSKA won against Aleksandra Lach from Poland with the white pieces. This way Nenova now has a total of 2.5 points.

Beloslava Krasteva reached a draw against Deimante Daulyte-Cornette from France and also collected 2.5 points.

Viktoria Radeva and Nadya Toncheva also have 2.5 points, while Antoaneta Stefanova has 2 points. The leader in the standings is Dutch player Eline Roebers, who is the only one with the full asset of 4 points. After her, there are seven chess players with 3.5 points each.

The fifth round of the European Championship, hosted on the island of Rhodes, is on Friday.
