Sunny Tuesday with occasional showers.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny. Over Western and Central Bulgaria cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will develop and it may rain in places. Minimum temperatures will be between 5° and 10°C, around 7°C in Sofia, and maximum temperatures between 21°C and 26°C, in Sofia - 22°C.


In the mountains the weather will be sunny, interrupted by short showers and thunderstorms. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be around 16°C, at 2,000 m around 8°C.


Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny. In the morning, low clouds and fog are expected. Maximum temperatures will be significantly lower than inland - between 11° and 13°C, almost the same as at sea level - 11-12°C. The sea will be calm.


Over the Balkans, there will be more clouds and short showers in many places. Temperatures will be 28°C in Bucharest, 27°C in Belgrade, 24°C in Athens and 23°C in Istanbul.
