"The administration of Sofia does not have a clear vision and clear goals. People expected change, but they got a replacement," Bonev said and added that "the governance of the capital lacks leadership." "A dubious chief architect was appointed, who is proven to be working for over-construction, while the presented budget for 2025 completely ignores investments in the residential areas," Bonev pointed out.
