The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its deepest condolences to the families of the deceased, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India, which claimed many innocent victims. This was announced by the institution on the social network X.

Bulgaria strongly condemns all forms of terrorism and supports the people and government of India, the publication of the Foreign Ministry reads.

More than 20 people were killed after militants opened automatic fire on tourists in Indian-administered Kashmir, BTA recalls. India’s Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah described the attack as a "dastardly act of terror," without providing information on the perpetrators.
