The former leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party, Kornelia Ninova, has founded her own party under the name "Unyielding Bulgaria." The goal of the formation is to offer an alternative to the current ruling model.

"We cannot accept the governance of the mafia, the regrouping of the deep state, and the capture of all resources. Poverty and stagnation in development continue, and Bulgaria needs brave and unyielding people to change this," she stated.

"Unyielding Bulgaria" will position itself in the center-left. "I want to broaden our representation — to include the middle class, small and medium-sized businesses, small farmers, and members of the cultural intelligentsia," added its leader.

Kornelia Ninova will issue a call to all who want to fight against the parallel state, behind-the-scenes dealings, and the "GERB–Peevski" model.
