Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev expects the country to receive the funds of the second payment under the Recovery and Resilience Plan by early autumn of this year. Donchev hopes that this year Bulgaria will also receive the third payment and in the first 8 months of next year it will receive the remaining 6 payments. According to Tomislav Donchev, the European Commission is interested in these plans working and in the member states receiving the funds, so that their economies would be more competitive.
