The branch of the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse in Razgrad carries out joint scientific projects, participates in various forums and exchange of students and lecturers with higher education institutions in Bulgaria and abroad, BTA reported. In recent years, five foreign students from the Republic of North Macedonia and Kazakhstan have passed through the branch of the University of Ruse with the help of the "Erasmus +" and "CEEPUS" programs. Six students from the Branch in Razgrad have been to foreign universities in the Republic of North Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania under both programs.

The institutional communications coordinator of the educational institution in Razgrad - Ilina Ivanova, says that 27 lecturers from the Republic of North Macedonia, Croatia, Romania and Lithuania have visited Razgrad, and 48 lecturers from the branch visited foreign universities in Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Romania, the Republic of North Macedonia, Croatia, Spain, UK, Czechia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Serbia.

At the Branch of the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" in Razgrad, all lecture and seminar halls are equipped with modern presentation systems. Students are trained in three professional fields: chemical technologies, biotechnologies and food technologies and graduate with a professional qualification "engineer". The specialities studied in Razgrad enjoy popularity because of the opportunities for professional realization in the fields of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, silicate and ceramic industries.
