In cooperation with the Bulgarian Cultural and Spiritual Centre “Sveta Sofia” in the Balearic Islands, the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Valencia will hold mobile consular days in the town of Santanyí on 13 and 14 September 2025. According to an announcement posted on the Consulate’s official Facebook page, services will be available from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Sunday. The consular days will take place at: Carrer Bernat Vidal i Tomàs, 72, 07650 Santanyí, Balearic Islands.
The purpose of these services is to help Bulgarian citizens who live in the Balearic Islands to renew their personal identity documents, register civil status events, notarise powers of attorney and deal with other consular matters.
Appointments can be made exclusively via email at consulvlc@mfa.bg and will be available until all slots are filled. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
When requesting an appointment, please provide the applicant's full name, a contact phone number, a description of the requested service and a preference for either Saturday or Sunday.
The Consulate stressed that incomplete requests will not be processed.
Requests to collect ready documents received by the Consulate by 11 September can also be submitted via email to consulvlc@mfa.bg.
