More clouds on Tuesday, but temperatures remain high

Overnight, cloudiness will increase in the western parts of Bulgaria, while in the rest of the country it will remain mostly clear. On Tuesday, more significant cloud cover is expected over Western and Central Bulgaria. In the afternoon, cloud cover will also increase over the northeastern regions. There will be short rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas. In the southeastern regions, the weather will remain mostly sunny. Maximum temperatures will range between 31°C and 36°C, around 31°C in Sofia.

It will be mostly cloudy in the mountains. Showers and thunderstorms will occur mainly around and after midday. There will be a moderate northerly and northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 22°C, at 2,000 meters about 18°C.

Along the Black Sea coast, the weather will be mostly sunny, with temporary increase in cloudiness along the northern coastline.
Daytime highs will be between 27°C and 30°C. The seawater temperature will range from 24°C to 26°C. Sea state 1–2 on the Beaufort scale.
