On Thursday, minimum temperatures will range from 14 to 22°C, reaching a low of 14°C in Sofia. It will be mostly sunny during the day, with temporary cloud cover and brief showers in the mountains. There will be light to moderate winds in the east of the country. Maximum temperatures will range from 29 to 34°C; in Sofia, it will be around 29°C.
Along the Black Sea coast, it will be sunny with some cloud in the afternoon, but no rain. The wind will be moderate to strong and will come from the east-northeast. Maximum air temperatures will range from 27 to 30°C. The sea temperature will be 26–27 °C. The sea will reach a Beaufort scale of 2–3, with a tendency to increase.
In the mountains, expect cloud cover in the afternoon. There will be short showers and thunderstorms in places in the western mountain ranges. A moderate north-easterly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be around 25 °C, while at 2,000 metres it will be around 15 °C.
Friday will be sunny, with temperatures one or two degrees higher.
