A project for alternative social services for unaccompanied minor refugees has been launched in Burgas with the aim of their faster and more successful adaptation. Several institutions at the local, national and international levels are involved in the creation of these services.
The Municipality of Burgas is providing transitional housing for unaccompanied children seeking international protection. The project is being implemented by the State Agency for Refugees, with the support of UNICEF Bulgaria, the Municipality of Burgas and others, BNR Burgas has reported.
