The presence of marijuana was shown in the blood test of 18-year-old Nikola Burgazliev, who caused a serious ATV accident injuring five people in the popular Sunny Beach resort.
The accident took place on August 14 around 2 pm on a street between two hotels in Sunny Beach.

This may be grounds for his accusation to be requalified at the next stage, said Burgas District Prosecutor Georgi Chinev, after a working meeting on the serious incident with Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov.
