Weather forecast for 5 September

Warm and cloudy with isolated showers

Friday will be sunny, with scattered high clouds. There will be temporary increases in cloud cover over eastern Bulgaria, particularly before noon and at night, when isolated showers are expected. Maximum temperatures will range from 28°C to 33°C, reaching around 29°C in Sofia.


Sunny weather with scattered high clouds is expected in the mountains. There will be a moderate easterly wind. At an altitude of 1,200 metres, the maximum temperature will be around 22°C; at 2,000 metres, it will fall to around 15°C.


The Black Sea coast will be sunny with temporary increases in cloud cover, particularly before noon, when isolated showers are expected, mainly along the southern coast. A moderate north-easterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will range from 26°C to 29°C, with a sea temperature of around 25°C. The sea state will be 2–3.
