The sixth edition of the Festival of Bread, Song and Dance will be held on 12 September at 6:00 p.m. on Svoboda Square in Silistra.

The event will feature an exhibition of bread and baked goods prepared by community centres across the municipality, alongside a cooking show led by TV chef and host Uti Bachvarov. The evening programme will conclude with a concert entitled “The Magic of Bulgarian Folklore”, the municipality of Silistra announced.

Visitors will have the chance to explore a wide variety of handmade dough products created according to traditional Bulgarian recipes, as well as see antique tools once used in bread-making. At the end of the exhibition, all products will be donated to social institutions in the municipality.
