Trakia University hosts seminar "Dairy Cattle Breeding: The US Experience"

The Trakia University in Stara Zagora is hosting a seminar today on the topic of "Dairy Cattle Breeding: Genetics and Economics. The US Experience," the university has reported. The forum is organized jointly with the US Department of Agriculture in Bulgaria.

Among the special guests at the seminar will be Jay Weiker, president of the National Association of Animal Breeders (NAAB). Weiker is a leading expert with over 30 years of experience in genetics trading. Among the participants will be Todor Arbov, international dairy cattle consultant and STgenetics representative for Eastern Europe, as well as Dr. Paulo Carvalho, a genetics and reproduction specialist with academic and consulting activities in Europe and the Middle East.
