Weather forecast for 23 September

First day of Autumn: clear skies and 27-32°C

It will be clear and mostly calm during the night. On Tuesday morning, there will be temporary increases in cloud cover and reduced visibility in some low-lying areas and over the eastern regions. Minimum temperatures will range from 8°C to 13°C; in Sofia, it will be around 11°C. Tuesday will be mostly sunny, with light to moderate winds and maximum temperatures of 27–32°C. In Sofia, the maximum temperature will be 29°C.


It will be mostly sunny in the mountains. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be around 23 °C, while at 2,000 metres it will be around 16 °C.


Along the Black Sea coast there'll be low clouds before noon but the rest of the day will be sunny. There will be moderate winds from the east-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 24 and 27°C. Sea water temperatures will be around 23–24°C. The sea will be around Force 3 on the Beaufort scale.
