Personnel and military equipment of the French Armed Forces will pass through Bulgaria in the period September 25 - October 2, 2025. The route of the military convoys is planned to be: Captain Petko Voyvoda Border Checkpoint - Ruse Border Checkpoint. They will be escorted by teams of the Military Police Service, the Ministry of Defense reported.
French military personnel and military equipment will participate in the NATO exercise Dacian Fall - 2025, which will be held at military training grounds in Romania from October 20 to November 13, 2025. Over 5,000 military personnel from ten allied countries will participate in it - Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
