Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev met Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Mr Georgiev said that Bulgaria was keen to expand cooperation with Qatar in areas of mutual interest, including energy, the defence industry, and information and communications technology.
