Basketball player Aleksandar Vezenkov was named the best player outside the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the second consecutive year, according to a survey conducted among NBA general managers.
The Olympiacos star received 44% of the votes, far ahead of the runner-up – German national team player and Partizan Belgrade athlete Isaac Bonga, who received just 10%.
Vezenkov is already a familiar name in the United States. During the 2023/24 season, he played for Sacramento Kings before returning to Piraeus, where he once again became Olympiacos' leading scorer and one of the top performers in the EuroLeague.
