On 11 October at 7 p.m., the Blagoevgrad Cultural Centre will host a concert titled “Melodies Without Borders”, bringing together Bulgaria’s Pirin Ensemble Choir and South Korea's crossover group SOOK.

According to the organisers, this cultural exchange event aims to highlight music’s power to connect people and bridge divisions.
The SOOK Ensemble (meaning 'small house' in Korean) was founded in Daegu in 2018. This year, the group won first prize at the Jeonju Sori International Festival, one of the world's most prestigious events for showcasing traditional and contemporary music.

Their performance in Blagoevgrad will mark the ensemble's international debut. After this, SOOK will perform in Plovdiv on 13 October, before continuing to Hungary, as reported by BTA.
