We cannot allow women to bear the hidden cost of digital progress and artificial intelligence,' said Vice President Iliana Yotova, who is currently attending the 'Global Leaders Meeting on Women' in Beijing. Ms Yotova went on to say that Bulgaria has made significant progress in integrating the principles of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security into national policy. She pointed out that women make up 50% of Bulgaria’s diplomatic service, with 40% in leadership positions, and noted that six women have served as foreign ministers since 1996.
