Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New Beginning declares support for Rosen Zhelyazkov’s cabinet

Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning Leader Delyan Peevski spoke with Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov on Monday, the party's press centre reported. "I reaffirmed my position of full support for the government as long as it works for the people", said Deyan Peevski. "All relations between the partners in the tripartite coalition regarding power are subject to their agreements and arrangements", the politician commented. According to Delyan Peevski, ''the mission of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and the parliamentary group of DPS - New Beginning is to improve people's lives and to guarantee security and stability, which are conditions for the country’s prosperity and positive development''. 

The statement comes ahead of the October 20 meeting between the ruling parties GERB, BSP and There Is Such a People. They are expected to discuss the potential inclusion of DPS – New Beginning in the ruling majority.
