Weather forecast for October 21

Frost is possible in the valleys and high fields, but it will be warm during the day

On Tuesday, the lowest temperatures will be between 2 and 7°C. In the valleys and high fields the temperature can drop to minus 2°C; in Sofia – about 1°C. In the morning, there will be reduced visibility along the river valleys. It will be mostly sunny during the day before noon. In the second half of the day, high and medium cloud cover will increase. Light rainfall is expected in some places in the Rila-Rhodope region and the southeastern regions. The highest temperatures will be between 15 and 20°C; in the capital city it will be around 16°C.

At the Black Sea coast, there will be scattered clouds and no precipitation. The highest air temperatures will be between 16-18°C. Sea water temperature is 17-19°C.

In the mountains, there will be significant high and medium cloud cover. Light rain is expected in places in the Rila-Rhodope region. There will be light to moderate wind from the south-southwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m. will be about 13°C; at 2000 meters - about 6°C.
