On November 6 at 4 p.m., an exhibition will open at the Archaeological Exhibition of the Regional History Museum in Burgas on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the rescue archaeological research by specialists from the Burgas Museum of a rich grave of an aristocrat in the necropolis of Anchialos (present-day Pomorie).

The exhibition is called "Memories of Antiquity. Leseskepra - the priestess from Αγχίαλοσ - Ulpia Anchialos".

The large group of cult objects among the finds testifies that the noble lady, whose name is assumed to be Leseskepra, performed religious rites during her lifetime. The gold ornaments are among the most exquisite creations of jewelry art in ancient Thrace during the transition from late Hellenism to the early Roman Empire.
