Hackathon in Sofia to develop innovations for European Space Program

In the period November 7 to 9, Sofia Tech Park will host the tenth edition of CASSINI Hackathons & Mentoring, organized by the European Commission and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA). The hackathon will be held in 10 countries - Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, Poland, New Caledonia and Slovakia.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop solutions with high technological and social impact and will be given access to resources, data, training, mentoring support and an international community of innovators in the field of space technologies. The team that places first will represent Bulgaria at the European final, which will take place on November 12, 2025.
