President Rumen Radev has issued decrees appointing ambassadors to Slovakia, Serbia and Tunisia. Snezhana Ivanova Yoveva-Dimitrova has been appointed ambassador to Slovakia, Angel Aleksandrov Angelov to Serbia, and Boryana Ivanova Simeonova to Tunisia.
Snezhana Yoveva-Dimitrova is a career diplomat and currently serves as director at the State Institute for Culture under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Angel Angelov moves to Belgrade from his post as ambassador for special assignments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Boryana Simeonova is the director of the State Protocol Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Previously, President Rdev appointed Svetlan Stoev as ambassador to Switzerland, Nikola Georgiev Nikolov as ambassador to Armenia, Eleonora Dimitrova Dimitrova as ambassador to Brazil; Dimitar Mihaylov Mihaylov as ambassador to Qatar, Natalia Evgenieva Uzunova as ambassador to Belgium, Elizabeth Konstantinova Varbanova as ambassador to the Netherlands, and Georgi Petrov Vodenski as ambassador to Kazakhstan.
