The government has approved the position of Bulgaria over the procedure opened by the EC against the country, which is accused of possible non-compliance with three points of European law when it came to the implementation of the Bulgarian section of the South Stream gas pipeline. When it came to contracts with the company, the principles of non-discrimination, equal treatment and transparency have not been violated, the letter reads.
