Bulgaria’s National Assembly rejected a bill proposed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party, which had to entrust that country’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Mitov with the task to send an official proposal to the EU institutions to remove all Russian parliamentarians from EU blacklists and to negotiate reciprocal measures with Russia.
