Bulgaria and Russia should launch joint manufacture of high-tech items and devices with high added value which can be sold in Russia, the EU and in third countries, Bulgaria’s Minister of Economy Bojidar Loukarsky said at a meeting with the Minister of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.
