The Inspectorate with Bulgaria’s Supreme Judicial Council is to control the honesty and the conflict of interests amidst magistrates, prosecutors and examining magistrates. Bulgaria’s National Assembly adopted amendments to the Judiciary Act at a second reading. The Inspectorate with Bulgaria’s Supreme Judicial Council is to check the asset disclosure of the magistrates.
