Hours remain until the vote that will make clear whether Irina Bokova will continue to be Bulgaria’s contender for United Nations Secretary General. The UN Security Council will carry out one more, fifth selection from among the candidates for the top UN job. During the latest vote two weeks ago Irina Bokova ranked fifth, after she had placed third in the previous vote.
