Bulgaria’s authorities have not applied the new EU legislation in the public procurement orders and concessions fields on time, the European Commission announced. That is why the EC initiated an infringement procedure against that country. The EC insists that Bulgaria and 14 other member states should fully apply in their national legislations at least one of the three new directives on public procurement orders and concessions.
