Outgoing Premier Borissov: number of victims of today's cargo train explosion expected to rise

The number of victims of today’s heavy explosion in the village of Hitrino is expected to increase, Bulgaria’s outgoing Prime Minister Boyko Borissov told media shortly after arriving at the place of the incident. The buildings situated nearby the cargo train blast suffered huge damages. The state will provide financial assistance to those families and the buildings will be restored. Unfortunately, over 25 people suffered severe burns. Several Bulgarians suffered 99% skin burns. According to the engine-driver, a cistern split off the cargo train right before the incident, Boyko Borissov further announced.
