Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev has been following closely the situation with today’s heavy explosion in Hitrino, where at least five people lost their lives and dozens were injured heavily, the press-center of the Bulgarian head of state announced. President Plevneliev calls on all competent institutions to take the necessary measures, in order to alleviate the consequences of the heavy incident.
