“The buildings damaged have been inspected, we know where each of the registered inhabitants of Hitrino is, there is no one missing,” said the mayor of Hitrino Nuridin Ismail Basri.
“More than 90 percent of the buildings have broken windows. We must make sure all windows and doors are replaced by the end of the week, inasmuch as that is possible, so that as many people as possible can return, leaving less people for us to take care of. We should think again whether the one-time relief aid should be given out now or when people have come back.”
