Average monthly salary in Bulgaria to exceed 500 euro in 2017

The average monthly salary in Bulgaria will exceed 1,000 lev /500 euro/ in 2017, chairman of the Industrial Capital Association, Vasil Velev, told the BNR. Bulgarian economy will grow by 3 percent, and if there was political stability, maybe more. The progress will be felt by the people, Velev added. According to him, over the past 10 years incomes in Bulgaria have been growing with the fastest pace in the whole of the European Union. In 2017 incomes in this country are expected to mark a 5 or 6-percent growth.
