Ludogorets drops out of UEFA Champions League

Bulgaria’s football champion Ludogorets dropped out of the Champions League in the preliminary round after a second loss, at home, versus the Hungarian Ferencvarosi.

In Razgrad the Hungarian side won a 3-2 victory after the extremely poor performance of Ludogorets. The Bulgarian team will be playing next versus the champion of Iceland Valur, Reykjavik, but the match is from the second qualification round of the Europa League. Valur also dropped out in the preliminary round of the Champions League after losing to Maribor, Slovenia.
