Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Hungary signed today a letter demanding a revision of the new haulage rules, adopted by the European Parliament. Our demand is based on the fact that the cargo vehicles which have to return to the first country once in four weeks would cause environmental pollution, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov who is attending the meeting of the European Council in Brussels, explained.
