President Rumen Radev congratulated Bulgarians on the occasion of the Day of the Slavonic Alphabet, Bulgarian Education and Culture on Facebook.
“On 24 May we celebrate the day of spiritual enlightenment, of the drive for excellence by means of the achievements of science and culture,” Rumen Radev writes. “Today there will be no procession in the streets, but it is in the inner recesses of the heart that we can all appreciate the meaning of the 24 May. Words are the home we live in. Let us not allow the mould of ignorance, complacency and ignorance to invade it,” President Radev writes.
