Protests are covered by special broadcasts, breaking news and live broadcasts from the National Assembly and the rallies in front of the National Assembly building are present in the radio and television content, the report further reads. The participation of experts and political observers in the broadcasts acquaints the audience with the socio-political events and trends in the development of the Bulgarian democratic process. Moreover, BNR and BNT acquaint their audience with the official position of the state on important societal issues, the report reads.
