Protesters lift blockade of the Danube Bridgе

Protesters at the border crossing with Romania on Danube Bridge near the city of Ruse lifted the blockade at 5 p.m. Their protest will continue in front of the Court House in Ruse. The protest was to officially continue until 8 pm until the organizers of the protest have permission from the police. The decision to lift the blockade was made after a traffic accident, which took place along the bypass route set by the police.

Traffic in the area of the border checkpoint was difficult, and the traffic of trucks from Romania were completely blocked, BNR correspondent in Ruse Asya Pencheva reported.
