Bulgaria’s Foreign Minister Zaharieva visits Ukraine

Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva is paying an official visit to Ukraine. Minister Zagharieva is to discuss with her counterpart Dmytro Kuleba the EU-Ukraine relations within the frameworks of the Eastern Partnership and Bulgaria’s support for Ukraine’s EU integration. Ministers Zaharieva and Kuleba are to discuss bilateral economic and political topics of mutual interest, including the rights of the Bulgarian minority.

On September 18, minister Zaharieva is to meet with the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov and Ukraine’s Deputy Premier for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna. Ekaterina Zaharieva is to visit Odessa, where she is to meet with the governor of Odessa region Maxim Kutsiy and representatives of the Bulgarian community in Ukraine.
